NotesPossible owners of this bookplate include Sir George Edward Paget (1809-1892), a British university professor of medicine, or Lord George Augustus Fredrick Paget (1818-1880), a British soldier who fought in the Crimean War. However, because of lack of distinction of name on bookplate, ownership identification is inconclusive, and not limited to the above possibilities.
