NotesHorace Bruce Smith (22 May 1864 ' 1939) was a barrister in Ontario. He married Helen Maud Kilbourn February 17, 1892 and they had two children, Frances Kilbourn Smith and Jean Bruce Kilbourn Smith. Smith was president of the Halifax Shipyards Limited (founded in 1918) as well as numerous other shipbuilding and navigation companies.
