NotesWilliam Drysdale & Company, publishers, booksellers, stationers and importers, located at 232 St. James Street in Montreal, was founded in 1874 and was taken over by the William Drysdale Company, Limited in 1897. The company was active until 1906. Among Drydale's extensive literary and scientific imprints were Sir Francis Hincks's Reminiscences of His Public Life (1884).
