1.	[Bookplate for Nanticoke Public Library]	Bookplate format is text within a solid border.

2.	[Bookplate for Union des Commis-Marchands]	Text is printed in a numbered list, surrounded by a line border resembling chain.

3.	[Bookbinder's Tickets for Joseph Fortier]	1) In dark blue ink on white paper, the bookbinder's ticket is in the shape of a closed book, with the spine on the left and text on the font cover. The front cover of the book is a field of blue with text and design elements in white / reversed-out text. A white field with blue text in the lower half of the book cover provides space for a handwritten reorder number. 2) In black ink on pink paper, the bookbinder's ticket consists of a thin black border surrounding black text.

4.	[Bookplate for Thomas B. Greening]	Printed in black ink on cream paper. In the centre of the image, a heraldic shield is depicted. The shield is decorated by two thick intersecting lines with reversed scalloped edges, forming a cross shape. The lines are incised with a pattern of thin, close-set vertical lines and contrast against a solid background. Below the shield, a banner with chevron-ed edges contains the phrase ‘A TOUTE FORCE.’ Above the shield, the head and neck of a horse is shown in profile, facing left, with its mouth open and mane flowing.

6.	[Bookplate for Drysdale’s Lending Library by W. Drysdale & Co.]	Black ink on cream paper. An ornate border surrounds text printed in multiple fonts. The book number is left blank.

7.	[Bookplate for Hugh Macdonald Sinclair]	Appearing at the top is a motto AD ASTRA VIRTUS. Star crest on a wreath sits on top of a gentleman's vizored helm with mantling. Bordure of shield has stars from the base to the dexter side and from the chief to the sinister side. Quarterly field has a lion rampant (meaning: masculinity, leadership, royalty, justice and strength) near the sinister chief and near the dexter base, and a unknown symbol on the dexter chief, and a ship (meaning: voyage, salvation, and seafaring) on the sinister base. Appearing at the bottom of the bookplate is another motto J'AIME LE MEILLEUR.

8.	[Bookplate for Reginald Hibbert Tupper]	The crest is a dog with a flower in its mouth. Below the crest is a banner with the motto.

9.	[Bookplate for W.H. Smith & Son]	Printed in black ink on purple paper, this textual bookplate is framed by a single-lined border in which a circled design is place in each corner. Affixed by a paper clip to the top right corner is a square, white stamp printed in black ink. Its text is: Finsbury London / Institution, Circus. E. 642 21 days.

10.	[Bookplate for James MacLennan]	Black ink on white paper. Border made up of three fine lines surrounds text. Text fills entire space.

12.	[Bookplate for Richmond Library by Crown Printing Office]	Black ink on tan paper. Text surrounded by thin border.

13.	[Bookplate for Booklovers' Library]	Blue ink on white paper. Thin border surrounds text.

14.	[Bookplate for Maurie Barrett]	Printed in black ink on white paper, with a peel and stick feature. The image is a version of the crest of the Arms of Canada. It shows a crowned lion standing on a wreath, with mouth open and tongue extended. The lion holds aloft the maple leaf and looks out from his frame which is surrounded by more maple leaves in a double frame. The lion's position, with the dexter forepaw raised and head turned to face the viewer, is known as passant guardant. The lion's tail is flamboyant and resembles the mantling often found on heraldic bookplates.

15.	[Bookplate for George J. Campbell]	This bookplate consists of an escutcheon bearing the arms of the ancient Scottish family Campbell, presented as a Gyronny of eight, or (gold) and sable (black). The escutcheon is bordered in gules (red) with 7 escallopes. The escutcheon contains a canton, also Gyronny of eight, gules and ermine (white powdered fur with black tufts). The crest, atop a curved wreath, is an eagles head, erased. Over the shield is a banner containing the Latin motto. Below the shield are two oak branches tied together by a ribbon.

16.	[Bookplate for Point Grey Lending Library]	In blue ink, this is a textual book owner's stamp ' Point Grey Lending Library'.

17.	[Bookplate for Clark. William Mortimer]	In black ink, a circular belt/garter provides the border. Within is a cat, sejant rampant, upon a straight crest wreath. The belt contains the English motto.

18.	[Bookplate for Earl Gower by Griffiths and Weigall]	This heraldic bookplate consists of a escutcheon, divided per cross or quarterly. Quarters one and four are argent (silver) with bars, gules (red) and charged with a cross patonce, sable (black). Quarters two and three are azure (blue) charged with leaves, two over one. The escutcheon is supported by two wolves rampant. Upon the escutcheon is a crown of earl status (minus the internal cap). Above the escutcheon is a crest of a wolf passant upon a straight wreath. Below the escutcheon is a banner with Latin motto within.

19.	[Bookplate for Lionel Damer]	In black ink, this bookplate consists of an escutcheon, divided barry of six pieces, nebule, argent (silver) and gules (red), and a bend, engrailed, azure (blue). At the precise middle chief is a crescent, the symbol of the second son. The escutcheon also contains an inescutcheon, divided per cross. The first quadrant, argent, contains an unknown symbol, possibly a garbe, sable (black). The fourth quadrant, also argent, contains two of the same symbol. The second quadrant, divided per fess, or (gold) and azure (blue), contains two swans with wings displayed. The third quadrant is the same, except it contains only a single swan. The crest is an oval frame containing a talbot's head in a crown. Above the crest is floral mantling which extends down both sides of the escutcheon. Below the escutcheon is a banner containing the Latin motto.

20.	[Bookplate for Charles Girdlestone]	In black ink, this bookplate consists of the image of a church. A plate mark can be seen along the left hand side of the bookplate.
