The map is framed by two bars at the top and bottom of the map. The two major oceans are also identified.

63. [Bookplate by Eiichi Hirose] [Bookplate by Eiichi Hirose] A hand made bookplate with a rectangular green border. An image of bamboo trees done in green is central to the picture. A brown bird is located in the lower left portion of the plate, and it is flying towards the bottom of the page.
64. [Bookplate by Eiichi Hirose] [Bookplate by Eiichi Hirose] The central image is one of the best known of Japanese castles, Himeiji Castle, to the west of Osaka. The central donjon is shown with a low building in the forefront. The castle is shown with a green background and two grey rumpled outlined beige images are present at the top and bottom of the bookplate. Within these two images are the text identifying the bookplate. The foreground of the castle starts at the center and moves back towards the upper right.

Image consists of a stained glass background framed (from inside out) in a thin light frame, dark medium frame, and a light ribbon frame. A candlestick with a large lit candle is overlaid with a large stylised letter A. Midway on the candlestick rests an open book, which overlays the monogrammed A. On the left page of the book is a stylised letter A and on the right page of the book is the letter M. At the bottom of the image is a shelf of books.
66. [Bookplate for Archer Martin] [Bookplate for Archer Martin] Heraldic bookplate created with black ink on white paper. Within two circles is a Norman pointed azure shield with a white cross of Calvary rising from the precise middle base to the precise middle chief. A sun in its splendour is in the dexter chief and a decressant (half) moon is in the sinister chief. Below the shield is a banner reading "sic itur ad astra" [Thus going/departing to glory/immortality]. A closed helmet (usually indicative of an esquire or gentleman) facing sinister is crowned with a wreathe and leaves. At the top of the circles is a star with six points and at the bottom of the circles is a flower.

The bookplate is in the shape of a Greek vase and portrays Clio the Muse of History sitting in a chair reading a scroll. In front of Clio is a basket of scrolls, on if which is inscribed with "M.N. 1966." [Greek text inscribed on chair and at the bottom of the bookplate reads "The Art so long, the Life so short."]
68. [Bookplate for George Macaulay Booth] [Bookplate for George Macaulay Booth] This is a pictorial bookplate created with black ink on white paper. In the foreground are cobblestones and an open doorway. On the left of the doorway is a desk with a lit candle and an open book on it and in the middle of the doorway is a sundial. Outside of the doorway are rolling hills with two paths: one leading to a village and the other to a bay with two boats on it. A sun sets/rises over the bay. At the bottom is a Latin inscription framed with two roses that reads: "Nec temere nec timide [neither rashly nor timidly] / Dulce Periculum [danger is sweet]." Two animals are portrayed on the right and left sides of the inscription.
69. [Bookplate for Dickens Fellowship] [Bookplate for Dickens Fellowship] This pictorial bookplate features green ink on green paper. Morning-glories create a floral frame to the text, at the bottom of which is a picture of Dickens.
70. [Bookplate for Frances Wahlstad Cochrane] [Bookplate for Frances Wahlstad Cochrane] Central image is of a portrait shaped rectangular frame surrounding a chequered field suggesting a window. Only black and the natural paper color are used. There is an elaborate metal candelabra on the lower left side of the chequered field. The metal of the three candle holders is coiled counter-clockwise down towards the base, and has a roman column base. There are three burning wax candles with white streamers flowing upwards from them mounted on the candelabra. Next to the candelabra are three horizontally stacked books. They are stacked with the bottom and topped books having the spine oriented at an angle towards the right front side of the image. The middle book has the opposite orientation of the spine.

72. [Bookplate for Ivan Glen Campbell] [Bookplate for Ivan Glen Campbell] The central image is a portrait shaped frame with banners along the top and bottom of the frame. Between the banners and contained by the frame is the central image of an open book behind a metal lamp with a black shade shedding light onto the book and everything else in the image. In front of the lamp on the left side is an ink jar and spare nibs and on the right is an ashtray and smouldering cigarette with the smoke drifting upwards and surrounding the lamp and book from above. While the two banners have statements within them the lower one also has four maple leaves, 2 on the right, and 2 on the left.

Davies] The central image is bordered from the outside moving inwards by a black frame surrounding a white frame, surrounding a black frame surrounding a white frame, surrounding a single black fillet containing the central image. The central image is of two leafless trees standing to either side of a view until a series of three hills. In the distance is a black sun rising with black and white rays coming from it towards the top of the image. The entire image is bordered by two banners at the top and bottom which are separated from the main image by a single black fillet.
74. [Bookplate for M. J. Freie] [Bookplate for M. J. Freie] Pictorial bookplate created with black ink on ivory paper. A clock tower is visible through a stone, oval, window. In the upper right and left corners are shields: On the left side is an or shield with a displayed double-headed bird ; on the chest of the bird is an argent shield with a vert fess. The shield on the right side is sable with a ship. In the bottom right corner is an owl perched atop books and in the left corner is a painter's pallet and brushes.
75. [Bookplate for Lewis Harcourt] [Bookplate for Lewis Harcourt] There are several black fillets separating the top and bottom banners from the central and side images present on the bookplate. The sidebars of the bookplate have vines trailing down the die. The central image is an armorial. The image begins with a peacock symbolizing renewal or resurrection standing on top of a coronet on top of a closed helm facing dexter. The helm surmounts a shield leaning from the dexter chief to the sinister base. Both the helm and the shield are surrounded by mantling on either sides. The shield is a gules field with two bars of or. This bookplate belonged to Baron Lewis Harcourt of Nuneham who was an important administrator within the British government during the early decades of the 20th century.

Bird] The bookplate portrays a prehistoric scene shown from the perspective of a fur-clad man and woman looking from inside a cave towards a primitive wilderness scene (with stags and a mammoth). The image is framed by an assortment of artifacts, such as vases, swords, axe heads, flints, and other weapons. At the right bottom of the frame is a dagger with a flag inscribed with the initials "S.P.Q.R." an acronym for the Latin phrase "Senatus Populusque Romanus" ("The Senate and Roman People"). Below the picture is an open book on the left side of which is a shield and on the right side the bookplate text. The shield is blue with a gold chevron and three clams. At the top of the shield is mantling and closed helmet signifying esquire or gentleman. On the left side of the shield is a banner reading: "MENTE ET MALLEO."

The central image is of a two masted ship sailing towards the right of the picture. There are a number of clouds in the background and rolling waves below the ship. There are two people visible on board the ship, one is holding up a telescope also facing to the right.

A scene portraying a bookshelf and open window (overlooking trees) is enclosed in a circular frame. Around the frame are oak and maple branches. At the bottom of the circle is a frame in which is inscribed "Colin E. Henderson." The artist's name and date are found at the bottom-centre of the bookplate.

Within an elaborate floral border is a square divided into both text and an image of a fireplace and bookshelf. At the bottom of the frame is face, below which is the artist's initials and date.
