1. [Bookplate for Mae Burke Craft by A. H.] [Bookplate for Mae Burke Craft by A. H.] Central image is of a window with gables to the left and right above a large number of deciduous and coniferous plants and shrubs. The window looks onto a scene with an empty fireplace and a roman mantle above it holding a mounted mirror on top of it. There are various other pictures and bookcases/books held within the room in addition to an open book sitting on an antique armchair partly facing towards the open window. Hanging from the mantlepiece above the fire is a family crest, but it is too small to discern more than general details. The whole image is surrounded by a triple filleted black border.

2. [Bookplate for Margarete Bertha Kahn] [Bookplate for Margarete Bertha Kahn] Pictorial bookplate. Adult hands are portrayed protecting and cultivating a growing plant. The image is within an oval and is surrounded by a black border.

3. [Bookplate for George H. Fensom by Walter Lohse] [Bookplate for George H. Fensom by Walter Lohse] Black and yellow ink on thick, cream coloured paper. This bookplate features a well-lit, paned window framing a rearing Pegasus. Plants and vines surround the window.

4. [Bookplate for Horace Bruce Smith] [Bookplate for Horace Bruce Smith] A framed view of a lake with trees and bushes along the edge. At the top and sides of the frame are cattails and other types of plants ; at the bottom of the frame is a collection of books, one open to a portrait-type image.

Kleindienst] In brown ink on cream coloured paper with visible chain and laid lines, a plane is pictured above an image of a building, all of which is surrounded by a floral border, architectural features, and a gardener with a bag.

Angels are on the top right and left hand corners. The left side angel holds a wreath in one hand and the right side angel holds a book in one hand. The angels also hold a banner that stretches between them with the name of the awarding organization on it. Below the angels is a border of morning glories. The plants meet at the bottom center of the plate, growing from beneath a pile of books and a globe. Four fonts used for the text, with spaces for hand-written annotations naming the prize recipient.

In the background is a sun with four series of rays alternating black and white. In front of the sun is a left hand holding a quarter-bound book with a floral statue on the cover (consisting of a circle of leaves encircling three white flowers with black centres, which are on top of a trunk). At both the dexter and sinister corners are black squares ; in the dexter square are the initials J / M.

9. [Bookplate for Dickens Fellowship] [Bookplate for Dickens Fellowship] This pictorial bookplate features green ink on green paper. Morning-glories create a floral frame to the text, at the bottom of which is a picture of Dickens.

10. [Bookplate for E. Bernulf Clegg] [Bookplate for E. Bernulf Clegg] A landscape shaped bookplate with a rectangular frame of vines surrounding the outside of the image and creating a frame. There are eight images of flowers, both closed and opened, flowing around the frame are regular intervals. Only black and the regular paper color is used in the image.

11. [Bookplate for Maija Calite] [Bookplate for Maija Calite] Image is of a daffodil with 6 petals emerging from a stem among three leafs. On the left side of the base of the flower is a baby chicken looking upwards at the flower.

Cameron by Soderberg] Image is of a portrait shaped border composed of three black fillets surrounding alternating images, also flowing around the interior border, of thistles alternating between facing upwards and down. On the interior side of the frame of thistles are two more black fillets separating the frame of thistles from the central image of a large thistle and its leaves facing upwards.

15. [Bookplate for Fred Krogel] [Bookplate for Fred Krogel] Pictorial bookplate. The bookplate is decorated with images of wheat sheaves and a single flower.

16. [Bookplate for June Lauritzen by J. G.] [Bookplate for June Lauritzen by J. G.] A simple outline of a rose which has been hand-coloured with pink for the petals, green for the leaves and brown for the stem.

17. [Bookplate for William Morgan by J. F. McCardell] [Bookplate for William Morgan by J. F. McCardell] Pictorial bookplate. Surrounding the text is an ornate border with ivy vines and a crest. An angel and shield are at the centre of the crest. The shield has a chevron adorned with three bees. The rest of the shield is decorated with ploughs and a cross. An inscription surrounds the crest and reads: "Cantuariensis 1853 Sigillum Provincia." At the bottom of the crest is a ribbon with "libr, prov, aour" written on it. At the bottom right is "J.F. McCardelt, Delt." and on the bottom left is "Lake and East lith. Ch. Ch."

This bookplate depicts the sun shining down upon two human figures on a brown background. The figure on the left is standing with its mouth open, holding an object upon which is a musical note. The figure on the right is waving with one hand and holding a flower in the other.
