DescriptionBlack ink on grey paper. A slim, double-lined border surrounds the title of the library and its borrowing policies. Beneath the title of the library is a dividing line with two ovals at the center. This divider is repeated beneath the open hours and the categorization rows. Within the categorization row is a space for number and a number in black ink is handwritten.

TranscriptDundas Mechanics' Institute & Library Association. Library open every Tuesday Evening from 7 to 8.30 o'clock. CLASS M. No. 455 MISCELLANEOUS. 1st. No Person to keep a Book out longer than two weeks, under a fine of 2 cents per week. 2nd. Any person writing in or illusing any Book will be required to replace it with a new one. 3rd. Write the numbers and names of a few Books upon a slip of paper, with the name of the person requiring the Book, and give it to the Librarian with the Book that is returned, and he will give the first Book in the Library marked thereon.
