| Notes | Goodwin's Limited was a department store founded in Montreal in 1911 on the fashionable shopping street St. Catherine. The store was named after the new managing director, W. H. Goodwin. Goodwin's touted high-end fashion, as well as other department store goods including books. T. Eaton Company took over the store in 1925.
