NotesAccording to an index from Dalhousie University Library, there is an obituary for George G. Campbell's listed in the Nova Scotia Medical Bulletin (NSMB 11(1932):VIII.474-476). In addition, a George G. Campbell also edited the Montreal Medical Journal, which was active from July 1888 to December 1910.
