| Notes | The person "James F. Millar" is noted as an English book collector in William Carew Hazlitt's "A Roll of Honour: A Calendar of the Names of Over 17, 000 Men" (Reprint of the 1908). A "James F. Millar" was also the 24th mayor of New Orleans from January 30, 1863 to September 12, 1863, and from November 6, 1863 to February 2, 1864.
