NotesThis bookplate seems designate items which are part of the Horvath Collection of Hungarica, a collection of books and maps on Central/Eastern Europe and Hungary, at the University of Alberta Library. Mr. J. Eugene Horvath is a Vancouver collector of Hungarica. The University of Alberta is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and was established around 1908. As of 2009, the university serves about 37, 000 students in 18 faculties. The University of Alberta Libraries consist of fourteen branches. According to the university website, the university motto is taken from an epistle of St. Paul from the Bible.
