| Notes | Calvary Congregational Church was organized in 1874 in Westmount, Québec (a small suburban community in Montreal) on the west side of Guy Street between St. Antoine and Dorchester. Between 1896 and 1925 the church merged with other congregations. In 1961 it merged with Westmount Park United Church, which is still around today.
